StreamTV Elocity to launch $399 tablet through Amazon (pre-orders starting 9/3?)

Another company, StreamTV Networks, throws their hat into the tablet ring.  We have heard many companies providing little details about pricing and/or specs.  Even when details are available, we are skeptical.  Until products are actually released, anything can change.  StreamTV is a startup company based in Philadelphia and sells 3D HDTVs through Amazon.  That is all we know as we have found
